If pollution damages the planet so severely, why do the world governments allow Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation owners and operators to continue leaving manure for the ground water and allow for bacteria to grow stronger and travel both by air and water?
Are there helpful ways in which to cure this problem?

64,000 CAFOs in the mid 1970s decreased to 10,500 by early 2000; the animals in each CAFO went from 250 to 1,430 over the same period of time.
"Nutrients in this CAFO waste can cause bright-green or blue-green algae, blooms in ditches, streams, and lakes. As these surface water algae blooms die off, the oxygen in the water is depleted" (Sierra Club. John Muir Chapter, Wisconsin. http://wisconsin.sierraclub.org. 26 Apr. 2011.)
